Abstract

Alfa Bank and ITMO University initiated and implemented the "Modern Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education" program In the past, 2024-2025, academic year. In this article the final project - professional development program "Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity: Digital Age Data Protaction", completed by a developers team, representing six universities in Voronezh, Kazan, Moscow, Murom, and Cheboksary is presented. As a preliminary step, similar existing solutions analysis was carried out, It made possible to substantiate presented program structure and content. The program is designed for those professionals who seeking not only for their knowledge in information security expanding but also for master modern artificial intelligence technologies for data protection. The program combines three main areas: studying the AI fundamentals and its application in cybersecurity, practical work on identifying and preventing threats using AI, and analyzing the ethical and legal using AI technologies aspects. It provides a theoretical foundation and emphasizes the practical application of knowledge in modern digital ecosystems also. The program key aim is to train specialists who can effectively apply AI to solve monitoring, analyzing and preventing attacks issues in the modern digital challenges face. The program's format emphasizes teamwork, allowing participants to immerse themselves in real-world threat scenarios and develop their practical skills. The outcome is a comprehensive project in which teams pool their expertise to develop solutions to protect a simulated corporate system, taking into account modern AI technologies and cyber threats. Elaborated program is suitable for both professional development and career advancement.
