Smart cities, infrastructure, and their anti-terrorist stability. The experience of integrating the US anti-terrorism standards and creating software for digital security
Abstract
The article deals with issues related to security in the Smart City. Using the example of national programs in the United States, the issues of protecting infrastructure, personnel, and physical assets according to certain methods and standards are considered. The country has developed software, information tools, and methodologies for assessing vulnerabilities and viability, designed to identify the vulnerabilities of real estate and provide advice on reducing the risk of harm and minimizing the consequences of natural disasters and terrorist attacks. From the point of view of information technologies, geographic information systems are used in this process as a base for evaluation tools and as an end-user interface in software for obtaining processed data from information modeling, asset management, and other sources.
