On the innovative initiatives of Member States of the EAEU in building a global digital economy

Abstract


In this article, we consider the initiative of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in building a global system of the digital economy. The focus is on the cyber-social systems, such as the construction of e-government projects and single-window services, projects of cross-border systems to support the tasks, undertaken by regional integration organizations. The unified document management system is also being considered. The paper discusses the stages of work on the creation of cross-border confidence-systems and provides a review of the current status of work on the implementation of cross-border systems in different directions.
